Transmission of the Milarepa Guru Yoga

Rinpoche gave the transmission of the Guru Yoga of Jetsun Milarepa, using the commentary written by the first Jamgon Kongtrul, Lodrö Thaye. Receiving this transmission directly from a holder of the Karma Kagyu lineage is a rare and precious opportunity.
Rinpoche set one prerequisite for receiving it: to have previously received the Milarepa empowerment.

Receiving the transmission
Attend every session
Receiving a transmission from a holder of the Karma Kagyu lineage is a rare opportunity. It asks that we receive it properly, by attending all four sessions from beginning to end.
Be present
Rinpoche asks that we follow the sessions attentively, as if we were in the same room with him, and that we commit to the practice afterwards.
Recordings
The sessions were recorded and made available only to those who took part in the transmission. This is to preserve the authenticity of Rinpoche's transmission.
